Some customers are unable to view credit card balances and or / transactions on internet banking. We’re investigating the issue and will provide an update when we have more information.

This incident affected: Internet Banking, Business Banking, BNZ app (iOS & Android), BNZ Business app (iOS & Android), Business (Accepting card payments), and Cardholders (Making card payments).
