SWIFT is performing a Cold Start Maintenance this weekend between Saturday 18th October 11:30pm until Sunday 19th October 5:30pm.
This will delay Domestic Payments from one bank to another within the specific period. Payments between accounts held at BNZ are unaffected.

We are currently experiencing issues with attempts to change CARL products within IB4B. We are working to remediate this issue, however, in the meantime please contact BNZ 0800 275 269 and our staff will be able to make changes on your behalf.
